Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are satisfied with your AMII purchase. But if for any reason you don't, we are happy to accept your return or exchange. 

But please keep in mind that
1. Return or Exchange request must be sent to us online within 5 days after receipt of your purchase. Item(s) must be returned within 20 days from the date you receive your order and accompanied by a packing list.
Please check your merchandise as soon as you receive it to ensure that everything has arrived as ordered. Failure to promptly check your merchandise will not result in an extension beyond 20 days.

2. Items returned must be in their original condition with all original tags and its original packaging; otherwise, the return may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. 
Items returned must be free of stains, scratches, floor debris, pin marks, or other marks. 

3. Bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, tights, accessories, free gifts, clearance items and final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please pay careful attention when ordering these items.

4. All returns must be sent back to the address informed in return instruction email that we send you. Please return the item(s) using a traceble method of delivery. AMII.COM is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

5. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as taxes and duties that are incurred by return or exchange. 
But don't worry. If you paid your order with Paypal, your return shipping costs will be refunded by Paypal. All you need to do is to activate Paypal Refunded Returns service on Paypal website. For more information, please go to Paypal.

6. As to exchange service, AMII.COM reserves the right to decide upon reshipping methods.

7. AMII.COM reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, AMII.COM's decision will be final.

How to request Return or Exchange?
Return or Exchange request must be sent to us online within 5 days after receipt of your purchase. 
1.Sign into your AMII account.
2. Find your order in "My Orders", click "After-sales Service".
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return or exchange, complete the application form, and submit.
We'll review your request as soon as possible. You will receive an email when your request has been approved.

How to Return or Exchange an item?
If your request for return or exchange has been approved, you can pack your item(s) securely and ship to to the address stated in our return instruction email.

NOTE: 
Please choose a traceable and trust-worthy shipping method, and record your tracking and carrier information. AMII.COM is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Most returns will be processed in about 5 business days after receipt of your item(s). Additional processing delays may occur. You will receive an email when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).

EXCHANGES 
Item(s) must be returned within 20 days from when you receive your order. Please note that the item(s) being exchanged must be shipped and sold by AMII.COM. 

Shipping charges do apply to exchanges and are your responsibility to pay. Please note that duties and taxes may be assessed on exchange orders and are your responsibility as well.

Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for processing after we receive and confirm your return. Additional processing delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed(be sure to check your spam folder).

REFUND
Refund request must be sent to us online within 5 days after receipt of your purchase. 
Returns must be received within 30 days from the day your order shipped to be eligible for a refund.
Most refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days after we receive and confirm your return. 
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges, payment processing fees, and charges incurred by other causes are not refundable. 
You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed(be sure to check your spam folder).
